Refund policy
We hope you are happy with your order. However should any of the treats be found to be faulty, damaged or different from the description given on our website please do get in touch so that we can rectify this situation for you.
If you change your mind about your purchase please email us ASAP, so long as we have not despatched your parcel we will be able to cancel or amend your order. Should your item already have been despatched you can return the item to us in its original sealed packaging for a refund; however you will be responsible for the return postage fees. All returns or requests for refunds should be notified to Terry’s Fresh Fish within 14 days. All items must be in their sealed packaging and you are responsible for the return postage fee.
We will refund the original delivery charges in the event of a product being faulty, damaged or different from the description. When an order is returned due to no fault of ours, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the carriage.
If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For non-delivery replacements or refunds: please note these will not be issued until the Royal Mail requirements for non-delivery claim of due date plus 20 working days has passed.
