How do I place an order?
You can place an order online by adding the products you wish to purchase to your basket and proceeding through checkout, or you can visit my stalls in Clacton and Brightlingsea, details of which can be found here.
Do I need an account?
No, it is possible to check out as a guest but we recommend you create an account so that you can access information relating to your orders more easily, and to help speed up the check out process on any future orders you would like to place.

How can I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or change your order please contact us straight away, providing your order has not yet been dispatched we can cancel or make any amendments you wish. More information about our returns policy can be found here.
How do I track my order?
Where available a tracking number and link will be provided to you via e-mail or SMS text message.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal; you do not need a PayPal account to use this service and pay checkout as guest.
We also accept Cash on Collection when selecting collecting from stalls- please note this is only available Thursday to Saturday.
Shipping Information
Thank you for buying from Terry's Fresh Fish. All items are sent via royal mail 2nd class post within 2 working days of order. We currently only ship within the UK.
